Milind holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and a diploma in advanced computer science. Additionally, he is a Certified Six Sigma Black belt in Quality management from American Society of Quality.

Having worked for over 36 years with prominent corporate houses such as Tata Motors, Mahindra and General Motors, he has gathered extensive experience in handling Operations and Quality Management, and Strategy Deployment, through large teams.

Over the past 1 year at ROSS Lifescience, he is engaged in building professional management in Operations to ensure delivery with quality, complying with international standards, making ROSS Lifescience Pvt Ltd a process driven professional organisation.
