A Ph.D. In Environmental Science and post graduate in Chemistry, Dr. Swati Vitonde has served in various companies such as Chemtech Foundation, Ion Exchange India, Aquapharm Pvt. Ltd., Lever Johnson Consumer Products Pvt Ltd., Elkay Chemicals, and S.C. Johnson Products Pvt. Ltd.

Since inception at RLS, she has been handling Finance, Administration, HR & Quality systems

Her techno-commercial experience spanning 34 years covers:

• Business Development for Silicone based products and specialty chemicals (in India and abroad)
• Category developer for Air Care in India including product Development and brand Management of consumer products comprising air fresheners, insecticide products, cleaners.
• Management of Research and Development function
• Setting up laboratories of international standard
• Served as “Assistant Editor” for technical publishing house.
